Wendy provides audit and assurance services for a variety of complex financial institutions. Services include performing audits and applying GAAP to a variety of companies and transactions, including business combinations, fair value measurement, share-based payments under various stock-based compensation programs, impairment, and other technical matters. She has experience in providing assistance with implementation and compliance with SOX 404 requirements as well as IFRS conversions.
Wendy has hands-on experience in bank operations as Controller for a bank in the Philippines with responsibility for all aspects of internal and external financial reporting, including managing audit, tax, Philippine SEC and Central Bank reporting requirements, and supporting other functions within the Bank in analyzing projects and decisions regarding their financial impact.

She provides assurance and consulting services to employee benefit plans ranging in size from $1 million to over $2 billion in total assets. Works with plan administrators to structure defined benefit and defined contribution plans to comply with all regulatory requirements. Served as employee benefit plan specialist in the Northern California market at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
