Audit Manager
We are seeking full time and part time Audit Managers for our firm. The individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of an audit engagements including planning, reviewing, control analysis and testing. Responsibilities:
- Oversee audit engagements
- Manage and execute special projects
- Risk management
- Train and supervise staff
- Develop audit programs
- Support management
- Maintain active communication with clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA a plus
- California CPA licensed
- 6 - 8 years of industry experience
- 4 - 5 years of experience in auditing
- Experience in Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 testing
- Ability to work with a team
- Excellent English communication skills (Mandarin proficiency highly desirable but not required)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Salary will be based on experience
